Please enter your name here The Anatomy of Fear Share on Facebook Tweet on Twitter Support conservation and fish with NEW Florida specialty license plate 1 COMMENT Free webinar for job seekers on best interview answers, hosted by Goodwill June 11 Election Day Update:Commissioner Sam and Annette Ruth leaving precinct #230 after voting.Several Orange County polling places are experiencing technical issues, but voters are able to cast votes, according to the Orange County Supervisor of Elections.Since the polls opened at 7 a.m.,  several locations are having issues with verifying voter registration.Technicians have been deployed to handle the issues, but in the meantime, polling locations are using traditional registration books, a practice they employed in the past, according to election officials.Earlier it was reported that several polling places in Apopka and throughout Orange County were running out of Republican ballots according to sources at several precincts. Reports at the The Apopka Golf and Tennis at Errol (precinct #232), Orange County Services Building (precinct #234) and The Word of Life Church (precinct #237) are that each of them ran out of ballots for periods up to an hour. Precincts #232 and 237 are the two largest polling places in Apopka, with 4307 and 3656 voters eligible to vote at those sites respectively.Those issues have been resolved, according to campaign officials.  Orange County election officials have sent additional ballots toYoung Kim campaigns on Park Avenue.precincts throughout the county. According to reports at precinct #232, ballots were delivered within an hour of running out.
