The grilled tuna can be served with grilled fruit for a complete meal.Ingredients:4 4- to 6-ounce fresh or frozen tuna, marlin, or swordfish steaks (about 1 inch thick), thawed if frozen4 slices bacon1 recipe Tropical Glaze (see recipe below)4 1/2-inch slices fresh pineapple, or 4 slices canned, drained pineapple1 small papaya (ripe but firm), peeled, seeded, and quarteredLime wedges and thin slices of lemon, orange, and grapefruit peel (optional) Share Directions:Rinse fish; pat dry. Cook bacon in a large skillet 2 to 3 minutes until partially cooked but not crisp. Wrap a piece of bacon around outside of each fish steak and secure with a toothpick.Prepare a grill with a cover for indirect grilling: Arrange preheated coals around a drip pan.
